Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details, and delivery timing will depend on the shipping method and carrier shown in your tracking.

We move fast on fulfillment. Please contact support as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we'll do everything we can, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Away Message is designed for moments of pause, when you step away before returning to what’s next. It’s a fragrance and sensory experience, not a therapeutic product, and we don’t make claims about reducing stress, mood, or wellbeing outcomes.

Good Anjou is designed for moments of lift and starting fresh, when you reset before returning to what’s next. It’s a fragrance and sensory experience, not an energy or wellness product, and we don’t make claims about increasing energy or other wellbeing outcomes.
